About Us

The Friends are a registered charity dedicated to the preservation, restoration and beautification of Holy Trinity Church in Stratford-upon-Avon, the Church in which Shakespeare was both baptised and buried and where his remains now lie.

The Friends exist to ensure that the Church is preserved for future generations of worshippers and visitors and provide an opportunity for people worldwide to join us as custodians of our shared heritage.
